No worries at all if you go with custom windows. We at Uptown Millworks are all about high-quality craftsmanship and find the right fit and way to make it work. Based on look, functionality and your other requirements we create awning windows, old-style restoration windows, double-hung or casement. They are all sturdily built, with each piece fit together with glue, pins, wedges, nails or screws. Even the traditional methods of mortise and tenon are no issue for us, it's a joining method of wood without any nails that makes for a tight, strong fit.
Our goal is to anticipate your needs, so whether you have plans or design needs, we will provide our knowledge and skills for what you really need. Windows are always constructed exactly to specifications and the windows will be installed by us.
